Slipknot just announced a 2027 stadium tour
Our friends in Slipknot are taking the (sic)est Stadium Tour across Europe, North America and South America from July through September 2027, with Bring Me The Horizon as direct support in North America. General on-sale is today at 10 a.m. local time. Ticket prices are yet again…Insane. Let us know in the comments if you plan on going, and how many of your children you are going to sell to make it happen.
Nirvana brings home an MTV Video Vanguard Award
I had no fucking idea MTV was still around, but here we are. Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear accepted the Video Vanguard Award at the 2026 VMAs, and it made me miss the nineties yet again. The internet lost its mind when Pat lit up a cigarette on stage. GASP! Raise your hand if you're Gen X and didn't even notice. We grew up in a cloud of cigarette smoke. cough
